Here's how it works: A cold gel is applied to the area to be treated. The smooth glass surface of the IPL hand piece is gently applied to the skin and pulses of light are emitted. You might feel a slight sting and an anaesthetic cream is available if you want it.
Treatment is generally administered in a series of procedures of about 20 minutes duration that provide excellent long-term results.
